"Seems okay, but I’m still not totally convinced"
I checked out shopzoki and it doesn’t seem bad, the website looks normal, the prices are decent, and nothing immediately screamed scam to me, but at the same time I couldn’t find many clear reviews from other buyers, so I’m still a little unsure about how trustworthy it really is and I’d probably only order something cheap first just to test things before spending more money there.

My order showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, which was frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on them if you need something quickly. If this happens again, I’ll probably just order from somewhere else.

I tried Shopzoki because they had a promo showing on the site, and the discount did end up working. But having to click around just to figure out the rules and which items actually counted was kind of ridiculous.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and my order went through fine. I just wish the promo details were explained more clearly upfront because it made a simple purchase feel more confusing than it needed to be.

I had to return a jacket because the sizing was off, which was... totally fine, obviously. The return page wasn’t the clearest at first, so I had to figure that out a bit, but support got back to me the next day and sent over the label. My refund showed up about a week later. Not exactly seamless, but it did get sorted in the end, so I’m choosing to be calm about it.

shopzoki was okay to browse overall, like it wasn’t terrible or anything, but the pages did load slow for me. I also felt like finding certain things took more clicks than it really needed to, which got a little annoying after a while. It’s usable, just not the smoothest experience.

I bought this from shopzoki, the care instructions were more helpful than I expected. I kind of already thought proper washing would make a difference, and the guide pretty much confirmed that for me without overcomplicating things. It explained how to wash and handle the item in a simple way, which helped me feel like I wasn’t going to ruin it right away. I did still have one small question after reading it, but overall it was useful and saved me from guessing. Solid 4 stars.
